CORPORATE PROJECTS

Our depth of writing and filmmaking experience allows us to produce corporate training and marketing films with unusual quality and distinction. This is especially important when dealing with sensitive, often stereotyped or trivialized workplace issues such as diversity conflicts, gender bias or sexual harassment.

The World Bank

We wrote and produced five dramatic vignettes for The World Bank, demonstrating some of the more subtle situations that can lead to conflicts in the areas of cultural insensitivity, abusive management, sexual harassment, office romance, and racial stereotyping. These were designed to communicate with a highly-educated global workforce of more than 10,000 employees from virtually every culture represented in the U.N., and to provide that staff with a complex yet cross-culturally accessible springboard for discussion

WorkPlays

We wrote and produced two sexual harassment training tapes and Facilitators' Guides (left) designed to promote discussion among highly educated and often skeptical medical and legal professionals about the less obvious forms of sexual harassment that commonly exist in their workplaces.
 WorkPlays: Flexible Solutions to Sexual Harassment in Health Care is aimed at doctors and its sister tape is aimed at lawyers, covering such topics as quid pro quo harassment; office romance; blurred  boundaries when meeting off-site or traveling with colleagues; gender bias; hostile work environment; formal  versus informal complaint channels; exclusionary situations; harassment by powerful third parties; diversity issues; tension between colleagues and more.
Due to their quality and subtlety of approach, the tapes are currently being used by the American Medical Association and the American Bar Association respectively. The WorkPlays programs have been purchased by some of the country's leading law firms, health care organizations, graduate schools, corporations and government agencies.
